How do I reset my password?

Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We’ll email you a secure reset link if an account exists for that email.

Why did my FitScore change?

FitScores can update when your creator profile changes, when the lead is rescored, or when niche mismatch signals are detected.

How do I contact a lead?

Open a lead from your leads table to use the outreach actions available for that business, including contact details and quick actions.

How do billing and plan limits work?

Your available lead volume and premium features depend on your current plan. Check Billing inside the app for your current access and limits.
