At KreatorHQ, we respect your right to control your data.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using one of the following methods:

• Inside the app: Go to your Account Settings and click “Delete Account”.
• Email request: Send an email to support@kreatorhq.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

What Data is Deleted

When your request is processed, we will permanently delete:

• Your account information
• Connected Instagram account data
• Stored leads and business matches
• Analytics and usage data tied to your account

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
