These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KreatorHQ (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. The Service
KreatorHQ is a subscription-based SaaS platform that may provide: brand discovery tools, business recommendation scoring, outreach message generation, campaign tracking, and optional integrations with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google, Supabase).
We do not guarantee brand deals, partnership outcomes, revenue, or business responsiveness.
3. No Agency Relationship
KreatorHQ is not a talent agency, broker, or representative. Creators and brands are independent parties responsible for their own communications and agreements.
4. Account Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your credentials secure
- All activity under your account is your responsibility
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by sending spam, harassing others, exporting/reselling business data, reverse engineering our software, or violating third-party platform terms.

6. Business Data Disclaimer
The Service may display business data sourced from public or third-party sources. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. You must verify information before outreach.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service may generate AI-assisted suggestions (e.g., outreach templates). AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using any output.
8. Third-Party Services
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms. We are not liable for third-party outages, API changes, suspensions, or platform actions.
9. Subscriptions, Billing, Refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancel anytime; changes generally apply at the end of the billing period.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including code, UI/UX, scoring systems, templates, and branding, is owned by KreatorHQ. You may not copy, sell, or reverse engineer it.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KreatorHQ from claims arising from your use of the Service, your outreach activities, or your violation of law or third-party terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KreatorHQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
13. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be governed by the laws of State of Hawaii, United States. Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, abuse, fraud, or misuse. Severe violations may be terminated without notice. Termination does not eliminate your obligations under these Terms.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
