This DPA applies when KreatorHQ processes personal data on behalf of a business customer (e.g., in future brand-side features).
1. Roles
- Customer is the “Controller”
- KreatorHQ is the “Processor”
2. Processing
We will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer and only as necessary to provide the Service.
3. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
4. Subprocessors
We may use subprocessors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments). By using the Service, you authorize such subprocessors as required to operate the Service.
